Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and engaging ORIEL IT SOLUTIONS for services, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Services
ORIEL IT SOLUTIONS provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI and automation, cloud solutions and related IT services. The specific scope, timeline and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work created for a client is transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing components, libraries and tools remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed accordingly.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely access to necessary systems, feedback within agreed review windows and payment according to the agreed schedule.
Payment
Payment terms, milestones and currency are defined in the project agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated on each invoice. Late payments may pause ongoing work until the account is settled.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of any project.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORIEL IT SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the project agreement. Upon termination, fees for work completed up to the termination date become payable.
